The Pursuit of Joy

Chasing Joy Yoga grew from Beth Spring's own journey toward a steadier, more peaceful way of living—one rooted in faith, movement, and care for the whole person.

How Chasing Joy began

After thirty-two years in the medical field as a Physician Assistant and living my life on a treadmill on level 10, I found that chasing the dreams of what the world told me that I needed to have or be affected my mental and physical health. I am not what I do, look like, or have, but what the world sees in me. I am seen through the eyes of the beauty of God, wonderfully made and created in His image.

Over the past eight years, as a Holy Yoga instructor, my faith journey has been strengthened as my spirit becomes more connected to God.

As we share faith exploration through yoga, we connect mind, body, and spirit together.

Physically, yoga benefits strength and balance. I am able to share my medical knowledge for instruction in proper alignment and adjustment to accommodate physical limitations and avoid injury.

Emotionally, yoga assists in handling life's challenges through pause and meditation.

Here you will find intention for better and encompassing wellness. Together, we will journey toward expression of the exceptional you that is hidden within.

This is my wish as we practice together

To find the true self that God created us to be, and in that treasure trove, find the ability to share that truth as we inhale peace and exhale love and joy to the world.
